Our client is an independently owned multidisciplinary Design Consultancythat encompasses Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Sustainability and 3D Revit designs, amongst other attributes held by engineers in all sectors.Having successfully operated since 2010 and trained and grown quite a few excellent Engineers, they are now expanding and are looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate / Intermediate Electrical Designer.
Location:West of Greater Manchester
Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 (depending on the experience)

The purpose of the Role:
Assist the MEP team in providing day-to-day technical delivery of electrical design services for multidisciplinary projects across several building sectors. Be responsible for a small number of smaller projects, increasing with experience and growth. Produce design deliverables, including specifications, drawings, and schedules. Work closely with the MEP team to carry out client meetings, site surveys, and project progress meetings.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Electrical or Building Services qualification at HNC, HND or working towards a degree
- Knowledge of BIM processes, Revit, AutoCAD, and Amtech, as well as demonstrable experience working in these areas,would be an advantage for the role.
- Design experience - Proven experience working as a Graduate / Intermediate Electrical Engineer within the building services sector for a year or more.
- Practical experience - If you have practical site experience (4 years or more) and are looking to progress into a design field, this would be a great advantage to the team.
- Full UK driving license and own car
